Midland, TX - Chevron USA dba Beyond6 is proud to announce the opening of a new public compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling station in Midland, TX.
The opening of this new public CNG fueling station will serve the needs of Detmar Logistics' fleet of seventy CNG-powered trucks. The station, located on the east side of Midland off 1-20, is part of Chevron's efforts to offer lower carbon intensity energy solutions.

"CNG is a lower carbon intensity fuel for fleets and this new station is part of our ongoing commitment to providing lower carbon intensity fueling solutions to our customers and communities. Chevron continues to expand production of renewable natural gas (RNG) which will help reduce carbon intensity even further.” Chevron will supply CNG partially linked to RNG for Detmar’s fleet in the Permian.

The station will also help Detmar Logistics achieve their goal of reducing carbon intensity and improving freight efficiency in frac sand last mile logistics and lower carbon intensity-specialized transportation. By using CNG partially linked to RNG, Detmar can also help lower their customer's scope 3 emissions.
