Operations Administrative Support Manager 

Overview

We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated Operations Administrator to join our growing team. If you are an ambitious individual interested in a fast-paced start-up work culture positioned in the alternative fuel industry, we want to meet you. At Beyond6, we are on the front lines of leading some of the largest businesses in America by redefining their fueling strategy to decarbonize, protect against volatility, and save money. 

This position is a part time position (~20-25 hours per week) with unlimited growth potential. This position will have set hours weekly. Hourly wage TBD.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Perform fueling analysis for top customers
  • Organize and send reports to customers and third party partners
  • Account/Driver activation/deactivation
  • Invoice Reconciliation and Logging (Utilities & Operations)
  • Work order accruals
  • Purchase order accruals
  • Operations support
  • Admin/Marketing support

Requirements
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding multitasking and organizational abilities 
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Ability to learn and navigate multiple web-based portals
  • Background in Analysis or desire to provide analyses
